Can't Login to My Account

Login problems could be due to one of a number of reasons of the following:

  1. Username or password you entered is not correct.
  2. Your software is out of date.
  3. You are already logged in.
  4. Connection problem
  5. Account freeze

If you still cannot find the reason, please send an E-mail to support@j88poker.com.

Forgot Username

If you forgot your username, please send an E-mail to support@j88poker.com.

Forgot Password

Passwords cannot be retrieved for security reasons, so you need to create a new password.

Please click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login window.

Enter your email address (initially registered). As you submit it, an email will be sent to you.

Changing My Password

You can change your password within the lobby.

Select ‘Change Password’ followed by ‘Account’ from within the lobby.

Enter your current password and your new password and confirm your new password and press button ‘OK’.

Account Verification

You need to verify your email address to use ‘Buy Item’ and ‘Crystal Transfer’ functions.

The verificaion email will be sent to you once you register. You need to click “Account verification” button in the mail to finish registration process.

It is very likely to be classified as a spam mail, so if you haven’t got the email, please check your SPAM folder. If you have further questions, please contact support@j88poker.com.

Multiple Accounts

Each player is only allowed to have one account. It is not permitted to open multiple accounts.

If we find out one user having more than one account, we will ban all the related accounts permanently without any prior warning.

Once you create an account, your ID cannot be changed, so please choose carefully.

₵rystal Transfers Between Users

J88poker players are able to use the Inter-account transfer feature to transfer existing fund in their own accounts to other members’ account by visiting the ‘Cashier’, selecting ‘Transfer’. Both players must be verified.

Response Time

It takes up to 72 hours to reply. If it takes more than 72 hours, please reply directly to the original email.

Chat Feature

As part of your use of the Service we may provide you with a chat facility through which you will be able to communicate with other users of the Service. We may review the chat and to keep a record of all statements made on such facility. In the event of your breaching any of the above provisions relating to the chat facility, we shall have the right to remove your chat privilege or close your account and terminate the User Agreement.

Multi-Table Play

You can play multiple ring games and tournaments simultaneously.

Each ring game or tournament that you join will open on your screen in a separate window. Each windows will pop up on the screen to alert you of your next turn.

<PC Version> You can open maximum 16 windows at the same time. You can choose the way to position each windows by moving each of those or just select ‘Tile Tables’ or ‘Cascade Tables’ tab by ‘Tools’ from within the lobby.

<Mobile Version> You can open maximum 4 tables at the same time.

Hotkeys

When playing on J88poker on PC, you have the option of using your mouse or the keyboard controls.

Click ‘Hot keys’ followed by ‘Setting’ from within the lobby. You can change your hotkeys.

VIP Club

J88poker pays you up to 50% of your rakeback directly into your account as GP(Game Point) when each hand is over. Our rakeback system totally works to your advantage since you get a portion of your ₵rystals back.

Rakeback percentage at J88Poker is set depending on the player’s current VIP level. We have levels up to 7.

Online Tournament Tickets Rules

Each tournament ticket has an expiration date from the date of purchase. You can check your ticket list from ‘Tournament Ticket’ in the lobby.

Tournament tickets are not refundable and not transferable.

Game Point

Point called GP (Game Point) is currency earned by playing ring games. You can exchange it to ₵rystals. To exchange GP to ₵rystals, you need to have 500 GP or more.

Can’t install j88PokerSetup.exe

It might be your vaccine program (Avast, Kaspersky, V3, and etc) preventing the installation. Please stop the vaccine program for a while and try installing again.

Done installation but Can’t open J88Poker.

J88Poker PC version supports Windows 7, Windows 8, 8.1 and Windows 10.

J88Poker Mobile version supports Android 5.1 lollipop or above.

Disconnection Policy

Tournament or Ring Games that are in progress can be disconnected due to a variety of possible factors. Except the case that a player is disconnected due to a reason specific to that player, we will refund your ₵rystals following the rules below.

 

a) Tournament

Tournaments that are in progress that require cancellation will be cancelled and a player who has been eliminated prior to the cancellation of such tournament will not be refunded any amounts in relation to such tournament. For the remaining players, we will refund ₵rystals or ticket.

 

b) Ring Games

If Ring games that are in progress can be disconnected, then the game will automatically return to its position before the hand that was in play as though such hand was never played, and any player who is disconnected while such ring game is in progress will be refunded the funds they contributed to the pot in the interrupted hand.
